How much does shipping cost?
We use Fastway Couriers for all shipping anywhere within South Africa - door-to-door.
Free shipping on all orders R1000 or more! If your order value is less than R1000, the following cost breakdown applies:

Any surcharges on delivery remains the responsibility of the customer (usually for very dangerous/remote areas)
How long does shipping take?
Fulfillment of orders typically takes 1-2 working days, after which it will be sent out for courier.
Fastway collects orders Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery time from when the courier collects:
- Main Centers in South Africa - Approx. 2-3 working days
- Outlying and remote areas - Approx. 2-5 working days (surcharges may apply depending on the exact area)
How can I get a tracking number for my order?
The tracking number will be automatically emailed to the email address provided during checkout once the order has been fulfilled and the courier has been booked.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately for now we only ship within South Africa.
Can you send my order to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes we can! Simply stipulate the details of the delivery address in the shipping column when you checkout. This is perfect if you prefer your order to be delivered to your office, a friend or if it's a gift.
