Good day Team,
We do love the mugs and cups.
We imagined the cups to be a bit heavier they do feel rather flimsy. The other issue is when drinking hot tea out of the mugs, you cannot actually use the ear of the mug to hold it. It gets too hot and you have to use a cloth in order to drink the beverage while it’s still hot.
Maybe something to look into changing in future.
